Chic Patio Renovation: Outdoor Living Design

Design Concept
Explores the transformation of an underutilized outdoor space into a chic, low-maintenance extension of the home. Using provided site measurements, a scaled floor plan was translated into a three-dimensional SketchUp model. Custom-built elements, richly textured materials, layered planter boxes, and a spatial layout intentionally crafted for entertaining, gathering, and relaxed everyday living emphasizes the design potential for small spaces.
